Every year, our campus visits start in the month of January and it continues till March. Senior officials are actively involved in the process. In the campus, our recruitment team gives company presentation whereby we try to give overview of our business, Career development and life at JBM as well as answer all questions rising in the minds of budding professionals. We also encourage the students to further interact with our recruitment team to have good understanding of the company and find their proper fitment. We hire both graduate and postgraduate engineering students.

Management Institutes


Campus hiring at management institutes typically starts in December and continues through March. We hire management graduates from various disciplines - Marketing, Finance and Human Resources - with or without prior work experience.

Selection Process


All applications are pre-screened based on minimum prescribed standards and student’s academic credentials. Short-listed candidates are put to an aptitude test called Trainee’s Screening Test (TST). Students who qualify in this test are invited for an interview as part of the selection process.
